Ten tools, ten different jobs. We run the ads, at a flat price.

There is no such thing as "the best Amazon software." There are tools that find products, tools that show you your profit, and tools that run your campaigns. This page says which is which — and where we honestly stand in that field. SellHelm's Campaign Manager is 99 USD a month, flat; we never take a percentage of your ad spend. The seller tools — profit, inventory, review requests — are free in every account.

One thing before the list: twelve categories follow, and we claim three of them. If a comparison hands all twelve to the company that wrote it, you already know what you are reading.

Who is best at what

  • Best product & keyword research database: Helium 10. The deepest research toolkit on the market if you do not yet know what to sell.
  • Best value for money: SellHelm. 99 USD flat for campaign management, with profit, inventory and review requests at zero cost alongside.
  • Best for your first product: Jungle Scout. A guided path from product pick to launch, with a beginner-friendly UI and one of the best-known Chrome extensions.
  • Most detailed fee & profit breakdown: Sellerboard. Over a hundred Amazon fee types itemized, FIFO cost of goods, and the cheapest entry price in this list.
  • Best if profit and advertising must live in one place: SellHelm. Net margin and the campaign decision sit in the same system — you do not lay two tools' exports side by side.
  • Best for writing your own rules: Scale Insights. Eleven algorithms, 200+ parameters. Priced by the number of automated ASINs.
  • Best for Amazon + Walmart together: Teikametrics. Wires inventory levels into bidding, across channels.
  • Best transparency: SellHelm. You see the levels: what happened, where, when, and under which rule. No black box bidding in your place.
  • Best if you want to hand it off: Perpetua. You set a goal, not a rule. In exchange, you do not see the math.
  • Best for Vendor (1P) accounts and AMC: SellerStack. Flat-fee, readable rules, with 1P and Amazon Marketing Cloud support.
  • Best for agency and enterprise scale: Pacvue. Multiple retailers, DSP, built for 25k+ USD monthly spend.
  • Best for very large catalogs: Quartile. Builds campaigns for every ASIN, at multi-thousand-SKU scale.

What each tool is for

The order is not a ranking — the first ones are simply what we meet most often.

Helium 10 — for finding products and keywords

The most complete research toolkit: what to sell, on which keywords, what the competition is doing. Campaign management (Helium 10 Ads, formerly Adtomic) is only in the Diamond plan — 359 USD/month on monthly billing (279 with annual commitment) plus 2% of ad spend above 5,000 USD. If you do not know yet what you will sell, start here.

Where we differ: we are not a product research tool. SellHelm assumes you already have a product and ad spend, and runs the daily decisions from there.

Sellerboard — for seeing what is left at the end

Profit analytics with over a hundred Amazon fee types itemized and FIFO cost of goods. It also carries inventory, campaign bid optimization, review requests and reimbursement tracking. Built in Germany, used by over twenty thousand sellers, priced by monthly order count: 15–63 USD.

Where we differ: their fee breakdown is more granular and their entry price is lower. With us, profit and the campaign decision live in the same system, and the advertising side goes deeper: keyword-level rule execution and a campaign structure generator instead of bid adjustment. If you only want to watch the numbers, take them.

SellerStack — for flat-fee, transparent campaign management

The model closest to ours: flat monthly fee, zero percent of spend ("same price whether you spend $25,000 or $5M on ads" — their words, and we respect it), editable rules instead of a black box. Handles Vendor (1P) accounts and Amazon Marketing Cloud. Standard plan: 239 USD/month on annual billing, 299 on monthly.

Where we differ: same philosophy, at 99 USD instead of 239 — and our profit, inventory and review tools come free with the account. Their flat fee covers one seller account, with additional accounts at 119 USD/month each on annual billing; with us an additional account or seat is 20 USD. For Vendor accounts and AMC, though, they are the right answer today; we are not.

Jungle Scout — for launching your first product

Guided flows from product selection to launch, with a beginner-friendly interface. From 29 USD/month on annual billing, up to 129 by plan (Catalyst line). Advertising analytics and negative-keyword harvesting are included from the Growth Accelerator plan up; PPC campaign management with bid control is not in any Catalyst plan — their pricing comparison table places it in Cobalt, the custom-priced enterprise product.

Where we differ: we start where they finish.

Scale Insights — for programming your own rules

Rule-based automation with 11 algorithms and 200+ parameters. If you want to write the bid math yourself, this is where you can. Priced by automated ASINs: 5 ASINs 78 USD, 10 → 98, 20 → 178, 50 → 388, 100 → 688. Unlimited ASINs cost 1% of your monthly ad spend.

Where we differ: ASIN count does not matter with us — 99 USD is the same for 5 products and 500. In exchange, their rule engine is deeper, and you build the framework yourself.

Teikametrics — for Amazon and Walmart in one

Wires inventory into bidding and runs Walmart campaigns too. Essentials is 179 USD/month on monthly billing (149 annual), up to 10,000 USD monthly spend; above that, the Advanced plan applies — a custom base fee plus 3% of spend above 10k.

Where we differ: we are 80 USD cheaper already at entry on monthly billing, and above 10k the gap grows every month. Walmart, however, we do not manage.

Perpetua — for setting a goal and walking away

You set a target ACOS, the system runs it. Convenient; in exchange the bid math is not visible, and the fee grows with your spend: Essentials is 695 USD/month up to 10,000 USD monthly ad spend; above that, the Growth plan is 695 USD plus a percentage of your ad spend; above 500k, custom.

Where we differ: every rule with us is readable, and you can see afterwards what the system changed and why.

Pacvue — for agencies and enterprises

Enterprise retail-media platform with DSP and AMC, for agencies and large brands, sized for 25,000+ USD monthly spend. Custom pricing.

Where we differ: different weight class. If you are there, this is not your page.

Quartile — for running thousands of SKUs mechanically

Automatically builds campaigns for every ASIN and bids hourly. Made for very large catalogs, with fully machine logic; pricing is quote-based, aimed well above the entry tools on this page.

Where we differ: we do not optimize for catalog size — we optimize for you understanding what is happening.

BidX — for several European marketplaces at once

A European product with a simple rule wizard, multiple languages, multiple EU marketplaces. Tiered pricing by ad spend.

Where we differ: the app is in English and Hungarian today, with Slovak, Czech, Polish and Romanian in progress — and our price has no spend tiers.

Where ours is better

  • Your growth does not get more expensive. Flat 99 USD, zero percent of ad spend, no ASIN bands and no order-count limits. The plan covers up to 2,000 products and 5 connected accounts; above that we quote.
  • The seller tools cost nothing extra. Profit and cost tracking, inventory with reorder alerts, compliant review requests: in every account, with or without the ads module.
  • You see what it did and why. You set the rule; the system executes at the keyword level and writes down what it changed. No black box bidding in your place.
  • In your own language. The app is complete in English and Hungarian today; Slovak, Czech, Polish and Romanian are in progress, and further EU languages are planned. Local-language support is rare in this field.
  • Campaign structure, ready-made. The Structure Generator hands you a launch-ready campaign tree, not an empty screen to figure out.
  • One place, not four invoices. Profit, inventory, reviews and advertising in one system.

What you pay as your ad spend grows

The real difference between these tools is not the entry price — it is the price of growth. Monthly software cost for the same job (campaign and keyword management):

Monthly ad spendSellHelmTeikametricsSellerStackHelium 10 AdsPerpetua
5,000 USD99179239*359695
30,000 USD99600+239*859695+
60,000 USD991,500+239*1,459695+

How to read this: Teikametrics Essentials is 179 USD/month (monthly billing) up to 10k spend; above that, Advanced applies with a custom base fee plus 3% of spend above 10k — the "+" rows show only the public percentage part, the base fee is not published. Helium 10 Ads is Diamond-only: 359 USD/month plus 2% of spend above 5k. *SellerStack's 239 is their annual-billing price (299 on monthly billing) — flat either way. Perpetua's Essentials covers spend up to 10k; above that, Growth adds an unpublished percentage of spend on top of the 695.

One more thing worth saying plainly: SellHelm's Campaign Manager is in launch preview — the seller tools are live today, the campaign side opens shortly. The prices above are what it launches at.

And there is a second axis besides spend: Scale Insights prices by automated ASIN count, Sellerboard by monthly order count. With us, neither matters: 99 USD is the same for five products and five hundred.

Nobody in this field offers a 14 or 30-day money-back guarantee; the norm is a free trial. Jungle Scout offers 7 days and states it is in place of a trial.

On interface languages we deliberately claim nothing about the others until we have checked their actual product. About ours: English and Hungarian are complete today; Slovak, Czech, Polish and Romanian are in progress.

When not to choose us

If we left this section out, the whole page would be an ad.

  • No product yet: Helium 10. Their research stack is stronger than anything we offer. We are built for the account that is already running.
  • Only watching the numbers: Sellerboard. Cheaper entry and a more granular fee breakdown. If you will not manage campaigns, do not pay for campaign management.
  • Vendor (1P) or AMC: SellerStack or Pacvue. They handle these today; we do not.
  • Handing everything off: an agency. Software makes you faster, but it does not decide for you. If you do not want to make decisions, hire an agency, not a tool.

See it with your own numbers
