Amazon shows you revenue — a number that feels good and decides nothing. What decides whether your business works is what remains after the referral fee, the FBA fee, storage, returns, advertising and your own cost of goods. Most sellers only compute this once a month in a spreadsheet, and by the time it is done, it describes the past.

The fee is not set by the price

The FBA fee is set by the size and weight of the box, not its price. Two centimetres can cross a size threshold — and the same product suddenly earns less.

Ads do not arrive per product line

The aggregate ads number in Seller Central will not tell you which product paid for itself. Account for it in the wrong place and every product-level margin is wrong.

Amazon does not know your cost

Your cost of goods is the only line only you can add — and it is exactly the one that decides profitability.

Your best-selling product is not necessarily your most profitable one. This is where you find out which is. Costs load in bulk from an XLSX template — no row-by-row typing.

How it works

1

Connect your Amazon account — orders and fees come in on their own.

2

Add your cost of goods — one number per product, inline in the table.

3

From then on you see net margin continuously — not once a month in a spreadsheet.

Seeing the real margin per product changes decisions immediately: which product deserves more inventory and ad budget, which one needs a price move, and which one quietly eats the profit the others earn. Transparency is not comfort — it is the difference between running a business and guessing at one.

Exactly what you get

Real Amazon fees from the Finances data — not estimates

Your own cost rows: fixed monthly, % of revenue, per unit

Bulk product costs via XLSX template — download, fill, upload

Nameable rolling windows instead of fixed 7/14/28-day tiles

Per-marketplace breakdown

EUR/USD base-currency toggle

Payable VAT from Amazon's own tax lines — measured, not a flat percentage

Coverage always stated: the COGS row shows how many sold units actually carry a cost

What we do NOT do

We cannot guess your cost of goods, and we will not pretend we can. In the first minute you see what is left after Amazon's fees; the real margin needs your number. One field.
